• Maybe it is too big ? The bibliography is 34 pages and the word data 665.

• I don't understand. It is working in a new document with less titles but not in the big word document with all my chapters (also with the journal in italic). I try to erase the bibliography and to add it again but it didn't work.

• @adamsmith : I have experienced that some editor doesn't accept it, so I prefer the safe option.
