• when I download zotero for firefox a pop up appears saying 'a few seconds remaining' and it never goes away!! why isnt it downloading into my add ons

• OK! so I decided to download Zotero on my husbands computer and study from his PC! Guess what! the zotero downloaded....BUT NO ICON!!!!! I down loaded this last fortnight and the icon was there... why is this icon suddenly not working????

• OK I just uninstalled Zotero standalone. Now as I try to download the firefox version it says that 'adobe reader cannot open this file'?? WTH???

• this is (the standalone)probably what I down loaded for the explorer search engine. then I down loaded the firefox one because I also use mozilla. But no icons are showing up in either mozilla or explorer
