• I am using Word Standard 2013. Chicago Manual (full-note). Reresh button does not change anything. I see "Toggle Field codes" only if I do "select all". If I press Alt+f9, I see the footnote like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7wddyiun3qho8ta/prtsc…
