• I think I have found the issue. The Zotero is using interal pdftotext and pdftoinfo binary file. In my Zotero repository it was given read/write only permission. I now given it execute permission which make it running and indexing!!!

• I did following to solve the issue, you can try it out. 1. open you old document 2. in the reference section, remove all of them. Only the reference part, not the part in your article. 3. then reinsert bibliography 4. it will ask for upgrade…
