• That's it ! If I resize the tags panel way down vertically, the tag search bar does not disappear any longer. This is however not a solution, as in my ideal workflow I would like to be able to work with a lot (>50) of tags displayed all the time.…

• Sure thing; here you go: screenshot (bashify.io) In the screenshot, it is part way cropped to illustrate; if i resize down further the box is gone altogether. Presumeably the same occurs when on my laptop screen. thanks
