Hi, could you direct me once more on how to access the profile folder, because the indications provided by the hyperlink seems to bring me to the data directory as the storage folder contains folders with random 8-character names.

sorry about this, it happens when I try to open the PDF on Zotero. The same document opened in another app seems to work fine. Thank you
