• Thank you. The report ID is: 1465275425 If I override the lock and I try to add citations, the quick format citation bar is moving but it is not updating the document. I waited for 20 mins and still nothing. So I am closing the programs after that.…

• It is not providing me with a report ID when I click report error. But it is prompting "The document citations are being edited by another Zotero user. Please try again later". I think I have the latest version 6.0.30. Also, it is taking a long time…

• Citing worked on the new document. How come I could not edit my old file when I am using the same account? Do you think it has something to do with the document being shared?
