Report ID 717225805 with the same error msg as before I booted in safe mode and still no success. I am wondering if I should completely delete FF and do a clean reinstall of FF.

Apparently not. I deleted the directory. I will try again.

I think there's something wrong with my FF. When I go to Tools>Add-Ons to list all my add-ons, nothing appears to be listed. I've been trying to disable my add-ons manually (e.g., firebug).
