• Thank you for your answer! The problem was the plugins of Zotero. I uninstalled all of them and the problem was resolved. But I want to know whether there is a way to know which plugins cause these?

• Thank you for your answer. I solve it by uninstalling all plugins and reloading them slectively. I think conflicting plugins is the main problem but I don't know which one have conflictions.
