After talking to Apple, they asked me to reinstall word. I try that under the "correct" volume and give you a feedback.

Yes, that's right. I have two volumes that have the same "Macintosh HD", that's something that Apple did after the last service of my Mac. I check with them if there is any reason for this.

Ok, sorry I got that wrong. I did that and it came up with the same error: Zotero-Integrationsfehler Ein Fehler ist beim Update Ihres Dokuments aufgetreten.

I reinstalled the App, but now it's not showing up in word anymore.

Hi, it did not work in a new document. Your link "Report ID" says that I can´t create a report under macOS. Is there another option?
