OK! So my work has a lab subscription. They have added my zotero account email to their email list but nothing has come up at my end... what should I see when i've been added to a lab?

Ah, I see. It looks like all they did was add me to a group. I'll ask them again and see if that can figure out how to do it... there are not clear instructions on the FAQ (https://www.zotero.org/support/storage_institutions_faq)
