There are probably other inconsistencies with their current requirements for references too. I see for example incorrect output when the URL is not empty by the articles. @asheon Can you check all errors in the style. Thanks.

The Zotero has not item 'review' yet. Maybe in 5.1 version. In this future version will be added new items. Now is prepared version 5.0 with necessary internal changes.

Zotero does not work on Android devices yet (and I think on iOS does not work too), so the translator cannot works. You can do with dish nothing.

Where you change the style preference? In the Zotero for FF or in the text processor (MS Word or Libre Office)? The second way is correct :-)

I've found it. If I add to extra field issued: circa 1994 then it works. It seems as a problem of Zotero that does not recognise the term "circa" in the date field.

Is there a way I can specify in my style something like "if the title is Blabla then: no url, else: normal style with url"? No, sorry.

@rapha Nothing, in 4.x and 5.0 is not field "(Publisher) Place" for periodicals. If you need it, you can add it in the field extra. Correct form is: CSL variable: value for example publisher-place: London
