I've disabled snapshots due to conflicts with our institutional rules for LAN drive, which I am using for backup - I got very often error message from real time backup by upload on our LAN drive. So I disable snapshots. Any suggestion?

I had a similar problem cca one year ago. Our ICT department changed something in the firewall settings and I can not connect the zotero.org from Standalone version.

It seems as you are clicking on button "Add/Edit citation" and not on "Add/Edit Bibliography". But it can be also a bug in your Zotero-Word add-in. Can you provide more information about version do you use?
