• There are no citations in the citation dialog. I suspect the student did not follow the correct procedure when they had posted the document to a google drive share point for all authors to collaborate on. I do not see any path forward using Zotero…

• I get the add/edit Citation dialog box. But I have basically no options available. The word document was created by my student so I do not have all their references in my Zotero library.
