Since resyncing, I cannot reproduced the issue. If it returns, I'll try the US locale and disabling other extensions and report back here.

It appears that this is format-specific. I have the opposite issue: I'm looking for a way to not have my notes automatically copied via the quick-copy. This is how the BibTeX format works.

Thank you for pointing out that this only seems to effect the PDF auto-download. It's not as broken as it seemed. Meta-data extraction seems to working fine still. It's only a slight inconvenience to download the PDF as an extra step, but having to …
