• Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue. Several references that won't come up when I search in my desktop app, but are clearly there in the web library. Everything is synced.

• I've tried this fix multiple times and nothing has worked. Uninstalled/deleted Zotero and reinstalled it. Still won't open.
