• I just noticed that I have the same problem with the browser (Zen, Waterfox) - nothing happens when I click on "Show in Folder" from the download list. Probably some Windows bug, then. Thanks for the help.

• I followed the instructions but Zotero does not restart. Nothing seems to happen and when I try to start Zotero manually, I get the message that an instance of Zotero is already running.
