This is extremely frustrating because I just bought additional storage for zotero as One of the errors was that storage is insufficient! Kindly advise if these charges can be reversed and can I transfer my data to another extension/plugin etc?

yesi am getting an error. only grammarly installed other than zotero. Whats strange is that this has started out of the blue. i have been using zotero reularly, no change of settings. will try to disable onedrive too.
