Hey @DevRaa, standalone attachments do not allow notes. You can create a parent item for such an item, by long tapping on the item to get the item actions menu. Then you'll be able to add notes.

Hey @Amber_ZD, can you please start recording a debug log, try downloading the offending item, and then stop recording and post here the debug log ID? The one you sent just shows a successful sync, and not the issue you describe.
