• I found the answer on another discussion thread. It seems the problem was with the Pubmed translator. I downloaded a new one and replaced the old NCBI Pubmed translator file and now everything works perfectly!

• Same exact problem here... its driving me insane. I've tried from two separate computers without luck. Anyone know what's going on?
