  • I'll try restarting now. I'm not sure what the Apple Script Menu is. Normally in Word, I have a small Zotero icon between Window and Help at the top of the screen. the pop up (connector?) no longer appears

  • I click add citation, or add bibliography and nothing happens. The word document remains blank. I've opened a new word document - same result. It worked yesterday.
