This is working now. Thank you!
-
I'm using the latest edition, 17th. Thanks!

Thanks for working on this. It looks like the changes have been made, but I can't figure out how to download the style. I updated Zotero and tried adding styles, but they aren't listed with a date more recent than Jan 2020.

Thank you for creating a style for REVER! I won't be able to troubleshoot it. Our article for REVER has already been submitted. But perhaps someone else can troubleshoot the style.

OK, I tried creating another Debug ID: D1034488357 On this one, I synced files. Then, I opened an attachment that is available locally (a pdf). For this same attachment, I can see 'attachment details' on zotero.org storage, but the pdf file itse…

Thanks for the guidance. The basic problem is still happening: most attachments that I can see on Zotero Standalone aren't available online at zotero.org storage. My current usage online is listed as 490.2 MB, when it should be much more. Here's a …

Thanks for the help. I am not getting a sync error. Zotero says syncing is finished. I then followed instructions under number 4 to Reset File Sync History. That didn't help. What I then discovered was that some of the attachments I previously ha…

Just to be clear: I apologize for posting twice. I didn't realize that was bad etiquette. I'm grateful for your work.

Hello, I hadn't seen a response to the other thread, so I thought I might not have posted the other request appropriately. It sounds like I should have just waited. I'm sorry I posted again when I shouldn't have. I also just now noticed your commen…

Style request: REVER - Revista de Estudos da Religião (Thanks for your past work on AOSIS Harvard!) Online documentation: http://revistas.pucsp.br/rever/about/editorialPolicies#custom-0 ISSN: 1677-1222 In-text citation: (Campbell & Pedersen…

I found one small issue with the style: Entering 'van x, y' in the Author field generates x, y. van in the bibliography, when it should generate van x, y.

Thanks. Yes, Google Drive is now Backup and Sync from Google, and it can now sync a specific folder, so I have it synching the Zotero storage file. Syncing is slow though given the huge number of small files that saving web sites etc. on Zotero invo…

A question: Does 'purge storage' just purge attachment files at the online Zotero site? Does it then leave attachment files on my C drive that I access with the Zotero program on my computer (not on my web browser)? I am considering using Google D…

It's working now. Thanks!

Thanks. 3a. Putting numbers in the Edition field makes things work correctly like 2nd edn., But if I put in text like 'revised edn.' or 'new edn.', a space appears after edn. and before the comma like this: 'revised edn. ' Is there any way aroun…

3a. There is still a space showing after new edn. or revised edn. and before a comma. 3b. There is a new problem: numbered editions should display as 7th edn. rather than 7th ed. Everything else is working well. Thanks, @damnation.

Thanks for the quick responses. 2. is partly working, but there should be a comma after the title and ‘transl.’ rather than ‘tran.’ So, instead of Bakhtin, M., 1984, Rabelais and his world tran. H. Iswolsky, Indiana University Press, Bloomington. …

Thanks @damnation for fixing those problems. I’ve found others: 1. Multiple in-text references should be separated by semicolons rather than commas. They should look like this: Recent studies (Bradford 1992; Curtis 1983; Graham 1997) agree that … …
-
@damnation The style is working well – thank you! I’ve noticed a couple of things that need updating: 1. In bibliographies, journal titles (like Comparative Political Studies) are not in italics like they should be. 2. In bibliographies, book title…

That was quick work! Sorry I just now saw this post and figured out how to install a style manually - Tools > Preferences > + button. I will test the style and respond soon.

Thank you.

AOSIS Publishing manages a number of journals using their own version of Harvard referencing. Of the 93 or so Harvard styles that Zotero offers, I can't find one that matches AOSIS. One that was close was the University of South Australia 2013 – Har…

I mean, following the instructions from github.com.

Thanks. I'll create a style request on github.com.

Thanks for the help above: I've followed up on your suggestions and looked at Chicago Style and various online comments, but Zotero is still having problems. 1. It looks like for historical accounts of legislation that in some cases has been repea…

The current citations work fine for now: I'm including legal citations in a work that's not written for legal scholars, and so long as the references are consistent, lead a reader to the source, and are not far off industry standard, then they work …

Once I edited a citation and clicked 'refresh,' everything is working. Thanks, @fbennett!

Hello, Basic case citations in the Chicago Manual are still not displaying page numbers when subsequent footnotes display different page numbers. Would it be possible to fix this by the time I submit a manuscript in November?
-
That worked when I tried it, but it would take a decent amount of meddling with references. Thanks for the suggestion.

I looked at Juris-M, and it looks sophisticated, but perhaps too sophisticated. I had trouble with downloading it, but I'll press on. Please say if you are able to get the case citations right in Chicago. Everything else is working all right for me,…
