• Thanks, that looks like it's worked when I browse my library, but the size of my library remains the same. Would deleting these delete the files in my library as well?

• Thanks for the quick feedback ninovanhooff, what happens though if you aren't using natbib? The journal I'm looking at looks like it insists on using it's own .bst file. Is the modification of that file major or minor?

• Yes, I have experienced this too. Related elements aren't in the exported information. You can find them if you use the 'generate report' option but this doesn't help you for reimporting the collection later. +1 for adding related information t…

• thanks Gracile! I see there are discussions about tagging and exporting relationships for visualisation purposes... I'm just looking for an immediate solution to use the untagged relationships... this should work just fine.
