OK, problem gone, and after another password reset my original userid is recognized. No idea what changed, but it hasn't repeated.

964581016 is the second error report sent just now. I had a long five or six seconds after doing that before FIrefox would do anything at all, does FF hang during reporting? Now to restart.

One more-- the change from the red Z to the "zotero" for the Status Bar icon in the Preferences does not stick -- the setting in the Preferences stays set to "zotero" but the actual icon is showing up as the red Z when I go to new pages not previous…
