  • It's a regular hard drive. I have uninstalled and reinstall both Firefox and Zotero twice, removing the profile data but still no luck.

  • I tried reinstalling Firefox and reinstalling Zotero. It says it did and took me to the add-ons page. So clearly it thinks it was installed. However, nothing about Zotero shows in the menu under "Tools" in Firefox. Just the regular "downloads" …
