Same. I often have to cite organizations for scientific reports. Single field is best for this. Having to enter information into First and Last to use this option is a pain point.

The three dots also do not appear unless there is text in both the first and last fields. This seems counter to the intended use (Have to enter text, switch field, then delete and re-enter correct text)
