You're right, it just looks the same, but it's Zotero 7. And also doesn't open file location. What happens if I uninstall and reinstall? Am I going to mess up my files?

@distillman When I open the Zotero 7 from the zip folder, it opens my existing Zotero 8. Am I doing something wrong?

@dstillman I'm running Microsoft Defender Antivirus, which hasn't changed. I am using multiple monitors, but I checked, and it's not opening anywhere. I'll try Zotero 7 again...fingers crossed. Thanks for your help!

Hi. I'm not sure what to do after Troubleshooting Mode. Can I reproduce it? I mean, I restart in troubleshooting mode, right-click, show file, and nothing happens...so yes? Also, I restarted my computer and nothing changed. It's my personal laptop.

Hi, yes, it's D1549979078. And yes, I can open PDF file tabs just fine within Zotero.
