Is it working now?

The group feed shows last modified items including child items to let people know if another member of the group edits something, for example if I added an item and was waiting for someone else to add/modify a note or annotate an attached pdf that w…

getting a parse error for the jstor translator in firefox 4 but not 3.6. Seen on two different MBPs, Ubuntu 10.04 with Minefield and Snow Leopard with FF 4.0b11 (3)(+0000000): Translate: WARNING: new Zotero.Translate() is deprecated; pleas…

okay, it will not load your collections but it should load your most recent items now. We'll keep working on improving this and hopefully we'll be able to load libraries with many more collections in the near future.
-
actually now I see that your library is public, so I can let you know.
-
@areteichi try now
-
@clousley there is something about your collections that is consistently causing an error with our api, so your collections won't load until we figure out what the issue is with that. Now that the server transition is basically complete I'm going …
-
okay thanks, I'll look into this.
-
@johntang I'm guessing this is because you have a very large number of collections. With more than 100 collections/subcollections the page has to make extra api calls. Are you seeing a blank page or a message about an error loading collections/i…

I don't have my huge bookmark collection to test on, but it worked for me on basic data exported from firefox as well as one from delicious.
-
also for anyone interested, I think the bulk delicious export format is that same bookmark html, so I believe an import translator for bookmark html would also do delicious (not sure how lossy or not that is).

Is anyone still having this problem now?
-
@lwynholds: Is it working now? I just updated a library that may have fixed an issue we were having, but I'm not sure if it was causing the problem with your CV.
-
Your collections do appear to be on the server. A list of them should be showing up on the left side of the library page. If the server is under heavy load there is a chance it would not load but in that case it should display a message indicating a…

It is possible for a browser to lose one or the other session, but logging in should always log you into both for as long as your browser is open at the very least.

The sync server these pages depend on is still under very heavy load. This should improve as the week goes on and the new server architecture takes more of the load off. The blank pages were caused by a configuration mistake that has been corrected,…

If you are trying to use different libraries they should be set up under separate firefox profiles. Syncing is not meant for switching back and forth between accounts, and that will likely combine your libraries in ways you don't want. http://w…

Take a look at the format=bib or content=bib options under http://www.zotero.org/support/dev/server_api along with the style parameter.

On the group's main page there is a "Leave Group" link on the right side under the generate group information.

Would this be "jackson1"? It is a user that was banned after being reported as a spammy user. When a user is banned their profile goes to a 404, but we do not automatically delete data on the off chance that it is a mistake, hence the remaining…

Yes, we only parse out bare email addresses or Zotero usernames. There are 40 invitations pending for your group. If you don't see that many in the members settings please let us know that. Also there is the potential if you try to send a large numb…

On the google powered search there is a checkbox for "recent forum posts" which should probably be checked by default for forum searches, but that tells google to use date for relevancy calculations.

Is it the "Magic Lantern Research Group" http://www.zotero.org/groups/magic_lantern_research_group/items I can access that library whether I am logged in or not.
-
could you email registration@zot...org with the email addresses you tried to register with?
-
If there is already an outstanding invitation for an email address (as shown in the group>members settings) then a second invitation should not be sent. Though you can always cancel an invitation and send a new one.
-
Sorry I misread that. In the client under gear menu > preferences > sync. You can uncheck "Sync attachment files in my library using ..." and leave "Sync attachments in group libraries" checked.

Make sure you are logged in to the same account on both the website and the Zotero client. Make sure you have bought storage and own the group with the correct account (go to Settings > Storage on the website).
