The way group invitations work changed a short while ago and now that you've pointed it out I see it does not show any indication when the user needs to log in to accept the invitation. This will be fixed, but for now make sure she logs in.

Assuming none of the things adamsmith said are your problem, the new library was missing download links on attachment item pages (they were only on a parent item's page). That has now been corrected.

I'm a little unclear on what is working/not for you, but if you're only talking about the website then it looks like this is a bug in the new website library we weren't aware of. It should be fixed later today.

What is your browser / OS? It may be as ajlyon said, but that error message just means it got a response with a 500 error code (something went wrong with the request on the server that wasn't expected) so this could be something else too.
