Ah, I see. I've changed that tinyMCE setting. It should generate absolute urls now.

The group description is going to show up on various different pages, not all with the same base directory, so relative links are never going to work correctly for them. If you view the source on the linked page the quoted urls are in fact the href,…

Non-google payments are processed manually so they take longer. Your account has now been updated.

The owner can offer to transfer the group to her from the group settings page.

What is her username? This sounds like at least partially a bug on the website but it is hard to debug without being able to verify the group settings. Also she should make sure her client has been successfully synced since she was given perm…

Fixed.

I added him.

The online library isn't the problem if they are syncing back to your client. The online library caches your tags for as long as your browser session is open, but it doesn't change your synced data unless you save an item (and then it's only saving …

can you not make it your primary address after you get the confirmation email? That should be the only thing that prevents it.
-
Your automatic renewal got charged and then someone placed a separate order for the same account. There is not a phone number, but you will get an email response.

This is on the website correct? What browser and OS versions? Firefox and Chrome are most likely to work without problems. All other relatively modern browsers should work, but are not as rigorously tested.
-
It hasn't been rolled out quite yet, no.

1. you may not want to post your key on a public forum like that if your library is private. 2. It's like any other atom feed. There are a fixed number of results in a page. You can fetch more by following the rel=next link.
-
What were you seeing when you couldn't access the libraries? What browser you're using shouldn't make a difference assuming the javascript runs.
-
Those errors are from zotero.org, not the add-on. They are unrelated to your problem.

The library view is designed to be a single page web app, as browsing an entire Zotero library of any significant size is not particularly suited to more classical web patterns. This has the downside of sometimes breaking expectations (though expect…

1. I've actually always been torn on this. My main concern with showing only top level items is that people won't see when ongoing work is being done - for example a series of notes added to an item. I agree it is especially messy when you always ha…

There is not.

I do read all of them. Unless I have very specific remarks (for example why something can't or probably won't be done) I often do not respond right away in the hopes that other people will chime in with their opinions on proposed changes. Sugge…

Every empty column takes up significant horizontal space, and makes columns that do have information display in a less readable way. Date modified was included so that the default library view can act as an activity feed. The website library is…

There is not. Those are user preferences.

Are the tags still in your online library if you open your library in a different tab? This may be a problem with the web library caching too aggressively.
-
You should upgrade Firefox if you can. And you might also see if a fresh firefox profile works.
-
Try reloading your library without the cache (ctrl-shift-R) and clearing your zotero.org cookies (Preferences > Privacy). What version of firefox and windows are you on now? edit: also what is the url in the address bar on that page?
-
Do you have javascript enabled on your PC, or any plugins like NoScript that would interfere with the page running javascript? You can check if it's enabled in the Firefox preferences on the Content tab.
-
Item detail metadata (except notes) should display properly on opera mobile/mini now.

As far as I've been able to tell, the way they insert citations is by inserting formatted text and then ignoring where it came from, which is no different than drag/drop from the zotero client (except docs offers no options for formatting). As far a…
