It is not.

Assuming this is not a case of being logged in vs not, this may be a browser incompatibility. Are you always using the same browser? If not what browser is it broken on?
-
Have you added any of the tags to the top level items (as opposed to the attachments)?
-
I was going to suggest to bypass the API, but I think that relying solely on Zotero API for the website (does it?) is a great way to make sure that Zotero API is sufficiently featureful. It does, for that reason.
-
I believe 1 is fixed now. It was already working as far as I can tell on public user libraries, it should now be working properly on groups with public libraries. 2 happens when the tags haven't finished loading the first time yet. Hitting refr…

There is no way currently to export an entire library from the website. Exports proceed entirely through the Zotero API, so there is not a good way to handle large libraries which can take many requests to get all the data (and the entire operation …

Should be fixed.

The feed url is http://feeds.feedburner.com/zotero/

Editing tags is considered the same as editing any other metadata on items, so you can only disallow it if you also disallow all other editing (with the members/admins editing preferences).
-
I think this should be fixed.

This does sound like it's a problem with the website library on IE. Thanks for letting us know. I'll post again after investigating a bit.
-
It was a styling problem that didn't handle the very long and unbroken item names produced from filenames. It should look a bit better now.
-
As a note to those who find this thread in the future: it is possible to delete accounts now from https://www.zotero.org/settings/account

@101james You are at the free storage limit. You do not have a current subscription on this account. What makes you think you were told you needed storage when you didn't last time? If it is because you have been able to continue syncing after…

It was an issue with the way the url was parsed, making the file download url pattern not match what was expected and falling back to the group library page. Group library file downloads and personal library file downloads go through different route…

try now?
-
okay, that's what I thought you meant. I've finally managed to duplicate this (you can reject my request to join your group, I thought I was going to need that to debug this issue). Hopefully I'll have it fixed in a little while.
-
did you try that after I posted or did you already know the behaviour was the same? I added some debugging but don't even see your browser hitting that url.
-
What happens if you put those urls directly into the browser instead of clicking the links?
-
also, from a parent item do the links to the attachment item (as opposed to the download link) work correctly?
-
What browser/version? What url do the links go to (what shows up in the browser when you hover over the link or right-click->copy link location)? Are you looking at the library entries for the actual attachment or the parent item? Both …

It's been switched to this account.

Looks like you purchased it while you were logged into a different account (littlesips). Note that it applies to the account you're logged into the website with, not whatever account your Zotero client is configured with.
-
If the update is reflected on the website then see: http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing
-
should be fixed and issue created so this doesn't keep happening https://github.com/zotero/citeproc-node/issues/10
-
No, that's just an indication of when you requested another activation email and explains why you have two such emails but only a single account. It would in no way affect the data on the server, nor in the sqlite file you recovered.
-
The system allows you to request multiple confirmation emails in case one fails to get through, but your single account was created on May 22 and updated on June 20.
-
So some parts of your library are able to load? By subheading are you talking about what Zotero calls collections (with the folder icon)? If yes, what is the name or collectionKey (this would be a string of 8 letters/numbers immediately followi…

fixed.

I'm not going to comment on suitability for what you're working on, but Zotero standalone is available for Windows, OSX, and Linux. The download page just recommends the one appropriate for your system.
