• Sure enough that fixed it. I had imported a citation with his name listed as differently. Once I sorted through the various citations and found the odd one out I copied over the character and everything works like a charm. Thanks noksagt.

• Nope, no mis-split names or other issues. Both names are in separate and correct fields (François in the first name field and Nielsen in the last name field). These citations were working last week but not this week. I did not alter the citations…
