This problem still has not been fixed with Palgrave MacMillan, and the problem with Cambridge University Press Journals still exists as well - neither are attaching or downloading PDF files to items. Is there any intention to work on these?

I'm also having problems with SSRN - are there any further developments? It won't capture PDFs, and all the item data is lumped into the publication field, rather than disaggregated into volume, issue, pages, date etc.
