• Upon more documentation research, I see the best solution is to use the SubCollections feature. I can have a a single Library entry in multiple subcollections. Those subcollections can reflect my workflow stages.

• I have the same question. I would like to add an Item Type to the drop-down list. In my case it is "Book Review" so I can quickly understand that the currently classified "Journal Article" is really a book review in a journal.
