i've reinstalled zotero and word has not been affected. how bizarre! can you import the sources.xml into zotero? that is probably too much to hope for ;-)

thank you for the links it's word for mac 2008 on mac os x. the sources.xml file only had 4kb i.e. it had been wiped! thank god for time machine... i found yesterday's sources.xml and replaced the wiped one with it. now the references are b…

hi adam, yes it was with word's own citation manager. i've been using it for ages and it was alright. it seems very odd that after installing zotero the word citation list is completely empty. oh lord!
