Report ID 1016675049: I receive this error message and not able to sync my desktop with the cloud. I found the citation and fixed it but I still get the error.
Error message:
The creator name ‘C. and Chew-Graham, C. and Lovell, K. and Lamb, J.…’ is too long to sync.
Search for the item with this creator and shorten it. Note that the item may be in the trash or in a group library.
