I had just imported a number of pdfs into Zotero in 3 batches (drag and drop) 18 + 6 + 9 pdf files. After each drag and drop I waited to ensure that all files imported correctly (green ticks in pop up window). After the last batch of 9 files, Zotero seemed to take a while to sync and then I received an error message - Error reference: 562379883 Hope you can help, thanks!
