Upgrade StorageProblems with Harvard citation

I have a slight problem with the Harvard style citations. I'm trying to sort out the referencing in thesis. The fist few times i put in the same citation it comes out normal (author, year). But further down in the document something happens and some of the citations change, listing all the authors names for certain papers. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?? Thanks

fbennettedited July 23, 2011You'd have to be more specific, but something to check for a start would be disambiguation. If you have two items that start with the same author, names will be added until the reader can tell them apart.
