Upgrade StorageZotero seems to have disappeared

I'm using the newest version of Zotero (2.1.8) and Firefox (4.0.1). However, when I start Firefox, Zotero doesn't seem to be starting with it - and there are no icons in the address bar to add items to my library. I still have the Zotero toolbar in Word, but when I click on 'insert citation' nothing happens (well, the office assistant disappears, but nothing meaningful happens).
Any ideas as to what might be going on?

I've gone through everything in the list. Zotero is definitely there, and I have the Add-on Bar checked.
One thing I do notice is that when I go to Add-on Manager and try and click on the options tab for Zotero, it crashes everything. I've tried repeatedly, in case it was a one-off, but it crashes every time. Might this have something to do with it?
