Wrong citation in APA style

There is a comma that shouldn't be there.

correct: Poznanski, J. J., & McLennan, J. (1995). Conceptualizing and measuring counselors' theoretical orientation. Journal of Counseling Psychology, 42(4), 411-422.

There shouldn't be number of pages.

Well, according to APA style, if the journal is not paginated by issue but by volume, the correct entry would be: Poznanski, J. J., & McLennan, J. (1999). Measuring counsellor theoretical orientation. Counselling Psychology Quarterly, 12, 327-334.

I am not sure how can zotero pick up on this.

Is there any way to get the "report number" to show up in exported HTML? I don't see it in any style I have exported (see entry below) but APA requires it: "If the issuing organization assigned a number (e.g., report number, contract number, or monograph number) to the report, give that number in parentheses immediately after the title" ( http://www.library.cornell.edu/newhelp/res_strategy/citing/apa.html).

Another problem with the APA style is that it is now putting titles in sentence case. This means that initials and words that should have a capital letter are being displayed with lower case letters; the items are correctly formatted in the database but incorrectly displayed when cited in Word 2003 (at least). Using Zotero 1.0.3 and Word plugin 1.0b3. See examples below.

yeah have run across this as well, have tried extracting the comma from the endnote style, this creates a problem with making sure first name and last name is where they should be. The comma will show all of the name, without the comma it will use the first name as the last name etc.
