Zotero's Word Plugin

I have two questions.
1] Will Zotero's Word plug-in work with the '08 Version of Word for Mac?
2] Is there any plan to make a plug-in for Nisus Writer (pro or express)?

    I wonder if any of the developers might offer an update as to the status of the Word '08 plug-in. That is--a few months? a year? Knowing would really help me plan my projects...

    While supporting Word 08 on Macs is a priority we have still not come up with a solution. So it will most likely take more than a few months for us to resolve.
