  • thanks for the information.

Today the arrow kept spinning again. When do you think it will be ok to sync?

Thanks again for all the help! It is much appreciated!
  • I'm getting an "empty response from server" error. Here's my error ID number: 567991543

I've been working with a few classes on campus who are using groups and such for their assignments, and I really need to be able to sync to see the items that have been added, as well as to help students troubleshoot their own syncing issues.

    Thanks for the help.
  • Hello Again,

I am still receiving the endless spinning arrow. Both when I try to sync at home and the lab. Is zotero still experiencing sync delays? Or is there another problem with my account.

Any help you could offer would be appreciated.
  • DevLab: You have nothing queued. Is it still spinning? If so, without restarting Firefox, see if you can provide a Report ID. Also, what does it say when you hover over the sync icon?
  • efilgo: Start a new thread.
  • I'm unable to provide a report ID. The reporting errors selection is gray and I cannot click on it. When I move my cursor over the arrow it says "upload accepted----waiting for sync server." Last sync 10 days ago.

Also I am syncing on my home laptop because of the network issue I was having with syncing on campus in the lab. (I am using my home laptop to post at this moment). Though when I tried syncing in the lab at the end of last week, I had the same problem in the lab with the endless spinning arrow that I am having now at home.
  • Dan,

I can't believe it but the arrow just stopped spinning and said the last sync was 15 minutes ago. I'm not sure what happened but apparently, whatever was wrong, is now fixed. I also check my profile on zotero.org and everything is there.

    Thank you for your time!
  • Glad to hear it. Let us know if you run into further problems.
  • I will. Thank you again for working with me through everything!
