The button in the address bar never appears

I am running the latest version of Zotero and Firefox. But the button for Zotero's automatic web page citation never appears in the address bar. I have checked to make sure that I am using official pages with translators, but still no button. What's the problem?

    Same here: FF 2.0.0.11 and Zotero 1.0.1

    Try a search at the Library of Congress (loc.gov)

    I get the symbol when I am looking at a catalog entry. When I click the symbol the information is immediately imported.

    Along with LOC, you can try articles on the BBC news site, which should always work. If they do, and you're accessing other sites through a proxy server, there may be a compatibility problem between Zotero and your proxy server. If not, try the "Reset Translators" button in the Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences (under the Actions (gear icon) menu).
