Upgrade StorageSyncing issue - file can not be created in the zotero 'storage directory'

I am trying to sync and back up my library but it gets stuck on one file. I tried removing the file but I still get the same message. Can I 1st, not just tell zotero to skip that particular file and sync the rest of the data? And 2nd, what is causing this and how do I solve it?

adamsmiththat particular problem is often security software related - could that be it? Could you disable your virus scanner during a sync to try?

dstillmanCheck file permissions in the Zotero data directory. Beyond that, talk to your IT department.
