sync help

I have worked on a project with a colleague, and I now need to get her work off of her account. The problem is that her work has not synced to the online server and that I cannot export it. (I tried today and received error # 1765236198.) Help!

What's that an error report for? It doesn't show any sync errors.

Sorry for the confusion. It is actually an error for exporting the library. I just tried it again and received this error. 280701231

We'll look into that, but why not use syncing? Provide a Report ID for that if you'd like to debug it.

That export error is a strange one, and it's unlikely to be fixed in 2.0.9, as the import/export architecture has changed quite a bit in 2.1 Beta.

I'd recommend using syncing for the time being.

It's synced for weeks on end and still is not backed up on the online server.

Dan,

I left my browser open for 12+ hours last night to sync, and it didn't do so. I restarted Firefox this morning and I can see if it syncs within a few hours.
