Quel est le problème précisément ? Que faites-vous exactement, étape par étape, et à quel moment ce que vous faites ne fonctionne pas ?
[et si vous pouvez expliquer tout cela en anglais, vous obtiendrez probablement une réponse plus rapidement: il y a peu de francophones ici ou, pour le dire autrement, largement plus d'anglophones]
1. My installation: Laptop: Mac OS X.5.6 (Intel), Firefox 3.6.1.1 and Zotero 2.09; sync via webdav servor; I use it on 3 computers: My laptop, my fix computeur and my office computer.
2. The problem: references are updated (via Zotero servor) but attached files are not synced via the webdav servor. They appear as mislocated because they were not transferred. Problem occurs only with my laptop. When sync is launched, it lasts "forever": waiting for data servor is endless, attached files are not transferred. The problem doesn't occur on my other 2 computers: sync happens without problem and files are transferred. No error message. Just: waiting for servor data... for hours!
3. Recent changes: on my laptop I updated Firefox (from 3.6.? to 3.6.1.1) the day the problem began. I also did a java update for Mac Intel but after I noticed the problem. I I hoped that the java update could fix the problem.
4. Fix attempts with no effect:
4.1: multiple restarts (Firefox, computer, etc.)
4.2: reconfigure sync parameters > nothing is changed but parameters are accepted: in fact, connexion with the server seems possible (it's not like my connexion parameters where rejected). Servor is online and seems to work fine for my colleagues! (aaaargh! ;-) )
4.3: reset sync history
4.4. Java update for Mac Intel
4.5: reinstall Firefox 3.5
4.6: restore to server: nothing happened because a sync is running (?) and the database is locked during the sync > I'm in an absurd situation where sync not happens but actions on server to fix or bypass it seem impossible because it's like the sync is under way.
4.7. Try connexion from different IP (in case of server's protection against hostile connexion attemps)
4.8. Create another zotero repository on the servor (> nothing happens)
Someone said me that I have to "kill the task" on the webdav servor, but I cannot relanch it because it's my university servor!
I don't know if anyone:
-has already experienced this problem
-has an idea of what to do to reactive sync on my laptop.
Thanking you for attention and all the great work on Zotero! Zotero is really a fantastic tool that changed my researcher life but it would help me if I could re-use sync with my laptoop!

Thank you for advice: I just had followed links to this report frame!
But the problem seems "self-fixed" today. The informatician of my department think there was an ongoing modification on the servor since several days. I hope the problem will not come back!
