no journal name on import to Endnote 8

I just found zotero, and have imported Google Scholar results into Endnote 8 (yes, not the most recent update). Almost no journal names imported successfully in my first import of 100 citations. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? (This may be an Endnote issue since the field is Journal in EN and Publication in zotero...but, I haven't found a solution yet.) Thanks,

I have a similar problem but I have the latest version of Endnote X1. I just tried to import a journal article citation but it didn't transfer over the publication name because Endnote uses the word 'journal', nor did it transfer the date, because Endnote uses 'year'. Any advice?

We're making some changes to Zotero's Endnote/Refer/BibIX export translator to address these problems. In the meantime, exporting your records using RIS should do the trick.
