Upgrade StorageSync won't finish: Getting updated data from sync server
Hi,
I'm having a problem syncing. The sync hasn't succeeded after days of trying. When I hover over the spinning sync arrow, the message says "Getting updated data from sync server".
I submitted an error report: 1420264318
I tried many of the suggestions given in other similar threads including quitting/restarting firefox. Most recently I tried the Reset/Full sync with zotero server.
