problem with the separations of authors in citations

I use the ieee.csl style to insert several citations and the bibliography in word documents, and the problem is that, when the citation have two or more authors, in the bibliography section on a computers both authors are separated with the word 'and', but on another computer the authors are separated by the letter 'y' (it is, the 'and' but in spanish).
The style used in both computers are identical, so where is the diference? How the style decide to insert the 'and' word or the 'y' letter? I think that something is set to 'english' on a computer, and to 'spanish' on another, but I can't find where...
Thanks in advance for the help...
