Unable to save *any* citation
I'm a new user and I've tried saving citations from BioMed Central, Oxford Journals and Nature via the icon that appears on the address bar with no luck. I just get the following error:
"Could not save item
An error occurred while saving this item. Check <Known Translator Issues> for more information"
The link has no information :( Any idea what could be wrong? I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.8 on Linux.

Additionally previously I have had a problem, with all sites, that processor usage ramps up to full & it takes a minuite or so before a citation is added to the database. I only have 184 items in my database, with an average of 2 attachments each.
Fully patched WinXP, FF 2.0.0.8, 1.5Gb RAM, LAN & ADSL & wireless connections, AVG antivirus, Celeron M 1.5GHz laptop.
I also tried rebuilding the full text cache to no availThanks for the reply, bte.
I also can't index articles form Science Direct (e.g http://tinyurl.com/28e4nm).
As an academic, Zotero has already surpassed Endnote for me. With the addition of more citation styles, or a style generator for the less computer literate members of faculty, I could see it being a serious challenger for other people in my field. I have already enthused about it to the person who trains undergrads & new post grads in the department in citation managers.
I shall report back if the previous problem with high CPU usage reappears.
I have to agree with magsmanston, that even on paper Zotero blows the socks off my current combination of Endnote with Connotea. Which is why I was frustrated that I could not get it to work.
I'll now try it out in anger (or should that be joy?)... ;)
